FAQ
A1: RAGTAG is a secondhand (reused) brand store from Japan, specializing in carefully selected designer fashion items from high-end brands, including clothing, bags, shoes, and various accessories. All products undergo strict quality and authenticity inspections. We have main stores in Japan and both physical and online stores in Taiwan, making it easy for customers to purchase high-quality products.
A2: Yes, currently RAGTAG has physical stores in Taiwan. You can check the store locations and branch information on the "Taiwan Store List" page of our website. If there are any changes or new store openings, we will update and notify you through our website or social media.
A3: All of our secondhand items are strictly inspected by a professional team, including checks on item condition and authenticity guarantee. If there are any flaws or marks on the item, we will clearly indicate the details and display photos both online and in-store. If you have any questions about the condition of an item, you can contact us in advance for inquiries: info@ragtag.com.tw
A4: Since our physical store and online shop share the same inventory, there may be instances where an item is sold in-store but the online system has not yet been updated. If this occurs, we will need to cancel your online order, and if payment has been completed, we will process a refund immediately. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
A5: Since these are second-hand items, each product is unique. Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as size not fitting or color not meeting expectations) are not possible. However, if the item is damaged or significantly differs from the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (or purchase in-store). We will inspect the item and process a refund if appropriate. Please note that exchanging the item for another product is not available.
A6: It is not possible to order simultaneously. Since products from the Taiwan warehouse and the Japan warehouse cannot be placed in the same shopping cart, separate orders are required. Please check the shipping fees and delivery times on the order page, or refer to the "Shipping Policy".
Products from Taiwan Warehouse:
Once the products are ready, we will ship them as soon as possible. However, the shipping time may vary depending on the inventory location.

- Products in stock at the online store … shipped in as fast as 1–2 business days
- Products in stock at other stores … shipped in as fast as 3–5 business days
Products from Japan Warehouse:
Depending on international shipping and customs procedures, shipping usually takes at least 3 business days. Please allow extra time for holidays or force majeure delays.
A8: Currently, we do not offer a buyback service for second-hand products in Taiwan. However, we are considering expanding this service in the future. If this service becomes available, we will announce it through our official website or social media channels.
A9: If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you can contact customer service (info@ragtag.com.tw) to request a modification or cancellation of your order. However, if the shipping process has already started, the order cannot be canceled or changed. Please carefully check all information before confirming your order.
A10: If you find that the item is damaged or does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (or after payment in store) by sending the details of the issue and photos to info@ragtag.com.tw. We will review your case and handle it accordingly, such as processing a refund or making appropriate corrections. However, as these are secondhand items, we do not offer product exchanges.
