Taiwan and Aruto Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "RAGTAG") provides second-hand goods (used items) sales services in Taiwan. This Delivery Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") stipulates the methods, fees, and estimated delivery times related to product shipping in the physical stores and e-commerce platforms operated by the Company. When a customer (hereinafter referred to as "User") confirms an order through this service, it is deemed as agreement to the contents of this Policy.
1. Shipping Area
Our company only ships to addresses within Taiwan. International shipping services are not currently provided.
2. Inventory Locations and Shipping Methods
(1) Taiwan Local Inventory
Local inventory items will be shipped by a domestic logistics company designated by our company.
(2) Japan Inventory
Items stocked in Japan will be shipped to Taiwan by an international logistics provider.
(3) Mixed Inventory Items
If a single order contains both Taiwan local inventory items and Japan inventory items, we will ship them separately, so the delivery dates may differ.
3. Shipping Fees and Customs Duties
(1) Shipping Fees
All orders are free of shipping charges; users do not need to pay any additional shipping fees.
(2) Customs Duties
For items shipped from Japan, any customs duties or import VAT will be borne by our company; users do not need to pay any additional fees.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
(1) Taiwan Local Inventory Items (Domestic Logistics Provider)
Orders (payment) will be shipped within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
After shipping, delivery to the user’s specified address is expected within 1–3 business days.
(2) Japan Inventory Items (International Logistics Provider)
Orders (payment) will be shipped within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
After shipping, delivery is expected within 5–10 business days, but delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures.
(3) Possible Shipping Delays
Delivery times may be delayed due to national holidays, weather conditions, or traffic situations. We ask for users’ understanding.
5. Tracking Number and Notifications
After the items are shipped, our company will provide the tracking number to users via email or SMS. If the order contains both local and Japan inventory items, multiple tracking numbers may be provided.
6. Long-term Unclaimed Items, Refusals, and Reshipment
(1) Long-term Unclaimed or Refused Items
If items are returned due to long-term unclaimed status or user refusal, our company may consider the order canceled by the user and reserves the right to charge the user for round-trip shipping and related handling fees.
(2) Reshipment
Reshipment will be conducted according to the logistics provider’s policies. If users have questions about reshipment, please contact our company.
7. Loss, Damage, and Product Defects
(1) Loss or Damage
If items are lost or damaged during shipping due to negligence by our company or the logistics provider, we will handle the matter in accordance with Taiwan’s **Consumer Protection Act** and related regulations.
(2) Product Defects
If defects or damage are found upon receipt of the product, users must contact our company within 7 days of receiving the item. We will handle the matter appropriately according to our return and exchange policy.
8. Order Cancellation and Changes
(1) Order Cancellation
Users may request to cancel or change the shipping address after placing an order, only if the item has not yet entered the shipping preparation stage.
(2) Restrictions After Shipping Preparation
Once the item has entered the shipping preparation stage, cancellations or changes to the order cannot be accepted.
9. Policy Updates
Our company reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice in response to regulatory changes or operational needs. Major changes will be announced to users via the official website.
